These terms apply to websites and services run by Crazy Mullet LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"), including our retail CMS platform. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

Our retail CMS platform lets retail shops publish their products and what they have in stock. Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. Stock shown on a shop's page is a guide, not a guarantee; call the shop to confirm.

Shop accounts

• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't post content that is illegal, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Square to the card on file, plus any setup fee and sticker orders shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

When you ask for a back-in-stock alert, you agree to receive a text from us when that item is available again. Account invites and password resets are also sent by text when you request them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
