This policy explains what information Crazy Mullet LLC ("we") collects through our websites and services, including our retail CMS platform, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Shop accounts: name, email address and phone number of shop owners and staff who sign in.
- Back-in-stock requests: the mobile number a customer enters, the item they asked about, and their consent to receive a text.
- Usage data: basic logs such as pages visited, QR code scans, browser type and IP address.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor (Square). We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
- To run the service: show stock, sign people in, and send the texts and emails they asked for.
- To bill shops for their subscription.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
Text messages (SMS)
We send texts only to people who asked for them, such as a back-in-stock alert, an account invite or a password reset. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (for example, Microsoft Azure for hosting and messaging, and Square for payments), when the law requires it, or if the business is sold. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information while an account or request is active and as long as needed for records, billing and legal reasons. Records of texts sent are kept to show that consent was given.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Children
Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
